段曦东,湖南大学湖南文理学院化学化工学院教授,博士生导师。
段曦东从事二维材料的制备,物性研究和应用研究;各种纳米材料和纳米技术的开发;金属、陶瓷与二维材料等纳米材料的复合材料的研究。
人物经历
1993年本科毕业于湖南大学化学化工系,博士毕业于湖南大学化学化工学院。
主要成就
段曦东从事二维材料制备、光电性质和先进光电功能器件研究,代表性的学术成果包括:1)通过精确调控二维材料的化学成分和电子结构,在国际上率先制备出了具有原子级厚度的二维材料横向异质结;并成功示范了其在光电检测、光伏效应和反相器方面的应用(Nat. Nanotech 2014)。2)通过精确调控二维合金材料的成分,合成了具有可调带隙的二维半导体合金WS2-2xSe2x,并示范了其在先进光电功能器件方面的应用 (Nano. Lett. 2016)。3) 以所发表的二维材料工作为基础,撰写了二维材料研究进展综述一篇 (Chem. Soc. Rev. 2015)。4) 和段镶锋教授合作,实现了2D异质节、多异质节以及超晶格的可控外延生长(Science 2017),这是以湖南大学为第一作者和第一单位发表的首篇Science 论文。
段曦东以第一作者和通讯作者在包括Science、Nat. Nanotech, Nano. Lett.和Chem. Soc. Rev.等期刊上发表论文十多篇。
